How often will I receive communications about the Webex Customer Advocacy program?

At most, once per month. Please note that the number of reference opportunities you’re presented with depends on that quarter’s demand for references. If you’d like to receive more opportunities, please tell us and we can present them should they arrive.

Can I turn down a reference opportunity that is presented to me?
Yes! You can turn down any opportunity that is presented to you. This program is flexible, and we will work around your schedule.
How can I opt out of the Webex Customer Advocacy program?

I’m a government or public sector employee. Am I eligible to participate in this program? 

Government or public sector employees can participate in this program and join any reference activity that interests them, but to remain compliant with Cisco’s gifting policy, government and public sector employees are not eligible to receive certain rewards and gifts.

What is the estimated time commitment for private and public reference activities?

For most private reference activities, the average time commitment is 30 minutes. The average time commitment for webinar participation is 1.5 hours (includes planning, preparation, and webinar).

 

For most public reference activities, the average time commitment is 1.5 hours (includes planning, interviews, approving content, etc).
